The roadmap contributes to your gradual transformation and helps you to form new mental models and behavioral practices.

You will study the lesson materials independently; do assignments and reflect in your buddy group; practice in your project team; and evaluate progress and gain insights at webinars with the authors of the program.
  • The program consists of 5 modules. Each module has 1 to 4 lessons.
  • The lessons are made available each week on Fridays. You will have seven days to complete them.
  • Each lesson features interactive theoretical materials and several independent assignments.
  • Time for project development is not included in counted program hours as each project group makes its own decision.
  • Program can be customized depending on client’s needs and expanded up to 18 week
e-platform
These materials will help you immerse yourself in the philosophy and practice of teaming, as well as master new techniques. Each theoretical block ends with an interactive assignment that will enable you to absorb the material better and relate it to your experiences.
Theory
These assignments are first completed independently, then you share the results at a “buddy meeting” with other participants in the program.
Practice
webinars
  • The program includes 2-hour webinars with the authors of the course and other experts.
  • You will learn about the real cases and tools used for teaming, while also having the opportunity to ask questions and practice teaming.
  • Information about the webinars will be available in advance — in your calendar.
  • Webinars are recorded and can be accessed for revision later in the program.
Buddy groups
  • This is a key instrument of the transformation.
  • During the program, you will have 8 meetings with your buddy group to analyze cases together, discuss your experiences and share your discoveries.
  • Your task is to exchange feedback and findings, and to support and motivate each other to change.
  • It is important that your relationships are built on mutual support and honesty, free from any form of judgment.
  • All meetings will be marked on your calendar. Their duration will be 1.5 hours. Meetings can be rescheduled by arrangement with the participants and coaches involved.

Roles in a project team
At the end of the program, the team presents their project to a panel of judges.
Projects will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
Project presentation
  • Ambition — exceeds the scope of the team members' routine work.

  • Performance — has the potential to measurably increase the team’s/company's performance.

  • Practicality — the team/company has a high probability of being able to execute it.

  • Complexity — requires considerable effort from the team and the active involvement of both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Team potential — proven ability to transform, to learn and experiment, to develop scalable best practicies.
Great! Now you know everything about the way you will be learning. But we have one secret left. This is a special approach to learning that helps participants get the most out of the Teaming Transformation Program.
